4-2-1 Procedure for "options" Mode

4-2-3 AGING mode (room Only)
This model is used to preheat the manufacture of the CRT - it's access to

6. Connect the TV only to an AC power source voltage and frequency
as indicated on the backcover nameplate.
7. Do not attempt to connect or disconnect any wires, but TV is on.
Make sure the power cord is disconnected before replacing any parts.
8. To protect against electric shock, using the isolation transformer.
4-4-2 Automatic Degaussing
Degaussing coil is installed near the tube, so that external degaussing after
moving the TV should be unnecessary. But the receiver must be properly installed on degaussed.
Degaussing coil operates for 1 second after power is turned on.
If the collection has been moved or turned in another direction, disconnect its power supply, at least 10 minutes.
If the cabinet or the cabinet became magnetized, poor color purity will result. If
this happens, use of external degaussing coil.
Slowly move the degaussing coil tube faceplate pattern and the sides and
the front panel. Slowly lift the coil at a distance of about 6 feet before removing
power.
4-4-3 High Voltage Test
NOTE: There is no high voltage adjustment on this chassis. B + power supply
Power should be set at 125 volts (full color bar input and normal pattern).
1. Connect a digital voltmeter to the second anode tube.
2. Turn on the TV. Set brightness and contrast to minimum (zero beam current).
3. The high voltage must not exceed 27.5KV.
4. Adjust the brightness and contrast in both extremes. Make sure that the high voltage
does not exceed 27.5KV in all conditions.
4-4-4 focusing
1. Input a black and white signal.
2. Adjust the controls for a clear picture.
3. Adjust the focus control, with clearly defined lines of the center of the screen.
4-4-5 Screen Adjustment
1. Refer to the ACTIVE channel.
2. Adjust the VR display for normal pictures (not flowering or reverse line).
3. Adjust the focus control, with clearly defined lines of the center of the screen.
4-4-6 Setting the purity
1. Warm up for at least 20 minutes.
2. Connect the CRT deflection yoke and tighten the clamp screw.
3. Plug the convergence yoke into the CRT and install as shown in Fig. 4-1.
4. Input a black and white signal.
5. Completely demagnetize obtained by applying an external degaussing coil.
6. Turn the contrast and brightness to maximum.
7. Loosen the clamp screw holding the yoke. Slide the yoke backward or forward, to ensure
vertical green belt. (Figure 4-2).
8. Tighten the convergence yoke.
9. Slowly move forward and adjust the deflection to the best overall green screen.
10. Temporarily tighten the yoke.
11. Production of blue and red rasters by adjusting low-light control.
Check for a good clean in every area.
12. Tighten the yoke.

4.1 Adjustments
Typically, a color TV needs only slight touch-up restructuring after
installation. Check the main characteristics, such as the vertical dimension,
horizontal dimension, and attention. Note picture and check for good
black and white details. There should be no unwanted shadows color if color
shading now to demagnetize the receiver. If the color of shadows is not eliminated,
re-do the purity and convergence adjustments.

2. Alignment and adjustment
2.1 General instructions Alignment
1. Typically, color TV-VCR needs only a small touch-up adjustment upon installation. Test
basic characteristics such as height, horizontal and vertical sync and focus.
